Jon is a keen Exercise Physiologist who graduated with Honors from the University of New England. Jon is believes that movement and lifestyle are the key to changing your health, both physically and mentally.
Jon has spent the early part of his career in Melbourne, working primarily with musculoskeletal injury and chronic pain. After spending this time interstate he decided to move home to NSW to be closer to family and friends. Jon’s particular interest is in lower back pain and the effects of exercise on our psychology.
Outside of work, Jon is a nature enthusiast, who prefers to outside when possible. He also enjoys playing and watching just about any sport that is put in front of him.
