Kelsey Moss
Exercise Physiologist
Kelsey completed her studies at Charles Sturt University in Bathurst.
Kelsey has previously worked with over 65’s, prescribing exercises to enhance individuals’ abilities to perform activities of daily living and maintain independence.
Kelsey is passionate about working with NDIS participants to assist people living with a physical, intellectual or mental disability to improve their health and wellbeing – focusing on their abilities. Kelsey has experience working with stroke survivors, acquired brain injuries (ABI), muscular dystrophy (MD), multiple sclerosis (MS), cerebral palsy (CP), down syndrome and autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
Kelsey has played basketball with the Newcastle Hunters from a young age. She enjoys spending time with her dog Harley, constantly renovating her house with DIY home projects, being active at F45 and is always up for Chai Latte
