Our Newcastle Exercise Physiology Clinic

If you’re new to Exercise Physiology, our Raymond Terrace and Waratah-based teams can help introduce you to our active based physical rehabilitation and what you can expect from each session.

Most patients will complete an initial consultation with an accredited exercise physiologist while we discuss your health and wellness goals, concerns, or challenges you want to explore. From there, we’ll design a tailored program that will be supported by our exercise physiology team to help you recover from injury or illness, support your exercise goals, return to work, or otherwise.

Regular appointments after your initial consultation can take up to 30 – 60 minutes, however, we recommend discussing your recovery protocol with your exercise physiologists. We want our Exercise Physiology services to support your recovery process and lifestyle–not impede it–and will make every effort to ensure your sessions are enjoyable and beneficial.
