Sophie Mason is an AHPRA-registered physiotherapist proficient in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, workplace injury management, and occupational health. She holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Australian Catholic University and is currently completing her Master’s Research Degree at the University of Sydney.
In addition to her clinical experience, Sophie holds advanced certifications in Dry Needling, Women’s Health through the life stages, and Women’s Pelvic Health. She provides personalized, evidence-based care across private rehabilitation, aged care, WorkCover, and NDIS programs.
Sophie consults directly from our Waratah clinic in Newcastle, delivering tailored treatment plans designed to settle pain, restore movement, and rebuild long-term physical capacity.
